Bank Robbery

A man was arrested in Pennsylvania because he robbed his local bank for one dollar. Yes, one dollar. In the article it explains that he wished to be sent to a Federal Prison. He is being held on a $50,000 bail and is having to go throw mental evaluations. I mean really robbing a bank for $1.00 in hopes that you go to prison?
