Mock Terrorist Attack

First off, who in their right mind would do this? Not only putting himself in danger but their 16 year old family member. This is here in Phoenix, on the street of our State. I cannot believe this. If you watch the video from beginning to end, the filmmaker talks about at the end, how Police, when they showed were not very cautious of the situation. I am sorry but if you watch the video, the person who is filming it cannot be to far behind, so it could be very obvious to people that it is a prank and was told to Police. We will never know the whole story but here is a video about a mock terrorist attack to prove a point.
